Every panel is inspected and tested by our quality assurance team during and after the manufacturing process, providing a level of confidence that can only be achieved with the continuous oversight of our dedicated experts from design to completion.

Our In-house Test Laboratory regularly conducts tests for :

  • High Voltage Dielectric Strength
  • High Voltage Megger test for insulation
  • Milli-Volt Drop Test
  • Operational Tests Using Secondary Current Injectors
  • Paint Thickness Test
  • Salt Spray Test for Corrosion Resistance
  • Torque Test for Tightening of Nut on Joints
  • Conductivity Test for Busbars Purity
  • Temperature rise test up to 5000A

CPRI Test Certificate

KEPL’s LV & MV Panels have been extensively type-tested to relevant IS/IEC standards, Short circuit withstand test including temperature rise and Ingress Protection test, Impulse & Power Frequency Voltage tests. The KEPL designs recognise priorities such as safety in accessing components, segregation and service considerations.
